Terrazzo Raised Floor System
The Terrazzo Raised Floor System combines the practicality of a fully accessible Raised Access Floor with a stunning, high end design finish that is suitable for a wide range of spaces.
Patented Design
Manufactured using the finest Italian craftsmanship, the Terrazzo panels are manufactured using a 600x600mm reinforced edge band. The Terrazzo mix is made from recycled dust, stones & chips then mixed with a special cement formula which is poured into the edge band & creates one single solid panel. There is no adhesive, gluing or chemicals involved in the process. This process results in a raised floor panel which will stand the test of time & can be uniquely designed to suit a wide range of colours & design finishes.
Bringing the indoors, outside
AFD can supply a fully accessible terrazzo panel, combined with plastic pedestals to create that “wow” factor finish for any external area which requires a void or specific height to match. Ideal for Balcony or Terrace areas and available in numerous finishes and colours in order to create an access floor which flows from internal to external areas.
High Recycled Content & Resistant to Fire
The marble stones and dust used to manufacture the Terrazzo panel are recycled raw material, particularly the lighter colour finishes can offer up to 70% recycled content. Due to the panels natural raw materials, they are classed as non combustible – ideal for projects that require the highest fire safety.
