JVP Bare Steel Encapsulated Raised Floor Panel

The JVP 4×4 Raised Access Floor panel is a high performance bare steel encapsulated panel that offers a wide range of loading capabilities with the option of a wood core, or gypsum fibre core. Manufactured in Italy at a 9000m2 factory powered largely by sustainable energy.

Available in loose lay, or screw down, there is a wide range of options to suit your project. JVP Raised Floor panels are suitable for both PSA & BSEN specifications

PSA MOB PF2 PS/SPU

The Specification has four UK standards: Light, Medium, Heavy and Extra Heavy use. These are arranged vertically in that each grade will comply with any grade that is lower in the scale.

The JVP bare steel encapsulated panel is available in Light, Medium & Heavy Grade to suit a UK PSA Specification

BSEN 12825

BS EN 12825 is a European standard introduced in 2001. It outlines classifications for raised access floor systems based on their ultimate load and allows for a large number of classes, which can be used as a picking list to create a specification. These include light, medium, heavy & extra heavy duty.

JVP 4×4 panels are available in two thicknesses and four total densities which are self supported – therefore stringers are not required.

Available in 600x600x23mm, the C3T & P3T panels are suitable for light grade & light duty

C3TTL – FSC Certified Wood Core

P3TTL – Gypsum FibreBoard / Calcium Sulphate Core

29mm JVP Bare Steel Encapsulated Panel

Available in 600x600x29mm, this range is suitable for light – heavy grade / duty

C4TTL – PSA Light Grade – FSC Certified Wood Core

C5TTM – BSEN Medium Duty – FSC Certified Wood Core in both loose lay and screw down

C4TTM – PSA Medium Grade – FSC Certified Wood Core in both loose lay and screw down

P4TTM – PSA Medium Grade & BSEN Medium Duty – Gypsum Fibreboard Core

P4TTH – PSA Heavy Grade & BSEN Heavy Duty – Gypsum Fibreboard Core

The JVP bare steel range has been independantly verified using EN-15804 and carries an Environmental Product Decleration

The gypsum fibreboard core panel carries the highest acoustic performance offering an impact sound reduction of ∆l,w 23 dB when using an acoustic pad

Environmentally Friendly

JVP raised floor panels are manufactured using 34% solar powered energy. The panels offer a high recycled content with just 1.07kg co2/eq (A1-A3) embodied carbon according to EPD Standards EN-15804. (C4TTM Medium Grade)
