Indigo Calcium Sulphate Core – Raised Floor Panel
AFD’s Indigo Range features Raised Access Floor panels specifically designed for data centres & comms rooms. All available with the option of bare calcium sulphate, or a range of factory bonded finishes. One core option from this range is calcium sulphate, or commonly know as gypsum fibreboard.
Why opt for a calcium sulphate core?
A calcium sulphate core provides the following advantages over a traditional wood core:

Performance tested to BSEN 12825
The Indigo Calcium Sulphate Edge Band range (CSEB) is available in a range of thicknesses to suit a range of loading requirements from Class 1 to Class 6 BSEN. These include; 30mm, 34mm, 36mm & 38mm with additional steel underside where required.

The CSEB range is available with a bare finish, or a wide variety of factory bonded finishes which include:

Sustainability Focus
The AFD Indigo CS range are manufactured from highly recyclable & sustainable gypsum fibreboard which is 100% recyclable at end of life. This system is manufactured in an advanced, energy efficient manufacturing facility where 94% of the energy used is from sustainable sources.

The Indigo CS Range is compatible with our AFD pedestal & stringer system which is tested to achieve Heavy Duty or & Extra Heavy Duty BSEN 12825
