DB Green is a revolutionary low carbon solution to raised access flooring, suitable for BSEN Class 1-3. Manufactured from eco-friendly gypsum fibre, DB Green is a fully accessible, high performance raised floor panel which offers the feel of a solid floor with the option of running services within the void.

Helping your building achieve carbon net zero

Gypsum fibre is manufactured from three components. Naturally occurring & recovered gypsum, calcium sulphate, recycled paper & water. Due to its naturally occurring properties & recycled material, DB Green provides the option for a raised floor with a significantly lower carbon footprint than traditional bare steel raised floor systems.

If you cannot measure, you cannot reduce. Therefore, DB Green comes equipped with an Environmental Product Declaration to allow designers & contractors to track & measure the carbon involved in installation of DB Green as a raised floor.

Easy to Recycle

DB Green is the most recyclable access floor panel on the market. It contains no adhesive, no plastic & no metals. It is 100% pure gypsum fibre. Therefore at the end of life, it is easily recyclable with no element needing to go into landfill, regardless of its condition.

Performance tested to BSEN 12825

DB Green is available in 3 thicknesses to suit your loading requirements and a wide range of applications;

30mm – Class 1

36mm – Class 2

40mm – Class 3

Safety Focussed

A structural floor is extremely important when it comes to fire safety. DB green offers no reaction to fire and is classed as “non-combustible”. The system is fire resistant from between 30 minutes to 60 minutes.

Offering a density of 1500kg/m3, DB Green provides that feel of walking on a solid floor and can help to improve the acoustic performance of an entire space.
