With zero VOCs, StarFix PED is both safer for users and environmentally friendly. Unlike expanding foam adhesives, it maintains a low-foam formulation, ensuring superior stability and a more solid installation. This adhesive remains in a liquid state for 4-5 hours, offering ample working time before setting into a soft solid, achieving full cure within 24 hours.
Its user-friendly application allows for easy spreading via knife, squeegee, or direct pedestal dipping, making it a cost-effective choice for access flooring professionals. With a wide application temperature range of -5°C to 35°C, it ensures reliable performance in varying site conditions.
StarFix PED is supplied in 9kg units, with an average coverage rate of approximately 250 pedestals per tub, depending on substrate and application method.
