The P4TTH PSA Heavy Grade Panel is a premium raised access flooring solution, specifically designed for high-load applications where fire safety, moisture resistance, and structural integrity are paramount. Unlike traditional wood-core panels, this panel features an inert calcium sulphate (gypsum fibre) core, which offers superior fire resistance (A1fl fire-rated, non-combustible) and enhanced moisture stability, making it an ideal choice for humid environments or areas requiring strict fire regulations compliance.

With a high-density core of 1600 kg/m³, the P4TTH panel delivers exceptional mechanical performance, capable of withstanding heavy loads and impact stress. Fully encapsulated in 30% recycled galvanized steel trays (0.40 mm thick), it provides robust protection against wear, deformation, and moisture absorption. The quadruple-folded patented perimeter joint enhances structural integrity, ensuring long-term durability in demanding environments.

Tested to PSA MOB PF2 PS Heavy Grade, the panel meets the highest UK commercial standards, making it suitable for mission-critical installations, ensuring resilience under heavy foot traffic and equipment loads.

Fire safety is a standout feature of this panel. With an A1fl rating (EN 13501-1), it is fully non-combustible, offering maximum protection in the event of a fire. It also meets REI 60 (EN 13501-2) standards, providing up to 60 minutes of fire integrity and insulation performance, making it an ideal solution for high-risk environments.

In addition to its strength and fire safety, the P4TTH panel delivers 50 dB airborne sound insulation, improving acoustic performance in high-traffic and shared workspaces. Designed for stringerless pedestal systems, it allows for flexible installation and underfloor cable management, making it a practical choice for modern technical environments. The bare finish supports a variety of surface coverings, from conductive tiles to anti-static vinyl, enabling customisation to suit specific applications.

Sustainability is integral to its design, featuring a Cradle to Cradle Certified™ Bronze rating and 51% post-consumer recycled content. With a 50-year lifespan and zero water waste in production, this panel supports BREEAM and LEED® sustainability targets, aligning with the UK’s environmental goals for commercial developments.

With its unrivalled fire resistance, humidity stability, and heavy-load performance, the P4TTH PSA Heavy Grade Panel is the ultimate raised flooring solution for high-risk and high-load environments.
