60 London Wall is an icon office building in the dynamic heart of London’s City, with 328,500 sq ft of grade A office accommodation situated over ten stunning floors.

Alliance Bernstein now occupies office space within the building. The CAT A fit out originally meant that bare steel raised floor panels had been installed within the area. A ceramic finish was included within the new fit-out design, to be installed at various locations with the space.

Knauf GifaFloor FHB18 structural panel was specified to overlay to the existing raised floor to create an ideal substrate for the hard finishes to be applied.

From start to finish AFD and the team could not be more helpful. Information on the products was always to hand at a moments notice. Deliveries were within a day or two as required then transported into the building to a professional level. Across the 925m2 gifa floor we have not had any quality issues with the boards / glue or tape.

AFD delivered GifaFloor FHB18 over 3 call offs using FORS Silver transport vehicles, and a fourth delivery at short notice for additional accessories required
